Trading Terms

Saranti Home Decor is a wholesale distributor only. Wholesale orders and our wholesale catalogue are only available to existing customers, new verified customers and retail outlets.
You must have a valid ABN ( Australian Business Number ) to enable us to process your order.
Minimum order is $400.
Deposit required on special orders.
Pre-payment required on all Pro Forma customers.
Strictly 30 days credit to established customers only.
In the event of account customers exceeding trading terms, Saranti Home Decor reserve the right to require pre-payment on future orders.
All goods remain the property of Saranti Home Decor until paid in full.
GST of 10% is applicable to all items.
When an additional delivery is required due to premises being unattended, all extra charges will be incurred by customer.
Saranti Home Decor to be notified of any damaged goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. In the event of debt recovery cost, the customer will incur including without limiting, any debt collection and legal cost involved.
